Sun Dried Tomato

Our sun‑dried tomato products are produced in Upper Egypt using ripe tomatoes harvested at peak season. The tomatoes are washed, sliced and dried naturally under the sun—no artificial heat, additives or preservatives are used. We mill and sieve the dried tomatoes to provide a range of granulations from flakes to fine powder depending on customer requirements.
